We use materials like Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP), Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) and High Quality Fabrics for Seats to ensure longer shelf life of Tubes through applying latest Phosphating process. Phosphating helps prevention from rust and corrosion.

The automobiles become fuel efficient owing to light weight but long lasting in performance. At Prakash Body Constructions Pvt. Ltd. our quality analysts pull all the stops to make each project a paragon of unmatched accomplishment.

Press shop equipped with wide range of multistage profile rolling machines

Hydraulic press of more than 500 ton capacity

The body shop equipped with Mig, Tig, spot welders and huge welding fixtures and gauging equipment for all structure assemblies

7 tank Phosphating Iron treatment plant

The latest fibreglass and ABS components produce well finished internal furnishings, a well-equipped tool room manufactures new press tools and undertakes the calibration and repair of tooling to ensure the production of high quality components. We use latest softwares and technologies like AutoCAD and 3D Studio Max for designing the coaches and thier components like seats, etc. Which is operated by S. Gurpreet Singh Sehmi (BBA, PGDCA, Auto-Cad).
